The Role

A Financial Planning & Analyst is responsible for preparing financial plans, forecasts, budgets, and performance reports while providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

Description

• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability
• Monitor budget performance and investigate variances against forecasts
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis for senior management
• Support business units with financial planning and cost analysis
• Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities and investment decisions
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain compliance with company policies

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is a must and Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is an advantage
• Proven work experience as a Financial Planning & Analyst or in a similar finance role
• Native Khmer and Business English are required
• Excellent in the use of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills
