FP&A Manager in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and strategic investment evaluation

• USD 3,000 plus other allowances 

The Role

Oversee financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting, forecasting, business performance monitoring, and financial reporting. Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to analyze financial results, identify business improvement opportunities, evaluate investment proposals, and support strategic decision-making to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Description

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes

• Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reports for management review

• Analyze revenue, gross profit (GP), EBIT, and key performance indicators (KPIs), including variance analysis against targets and budgets

• Coordinate financial reporting with headquarters and regional management teams

• Prepare management reports, financial presentations, and business review materials

• Evaluate investment proposals, return on investment (ROI), payback periods, and business cases

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business decisions

• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency

• Support strategic initiatives and special projects through financial analysis and performance tracking

• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to align business objectives and financial targets

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, business planning, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis

• Experience analyzing revenue, gross profit, EBIT, financial variances, and business KPIs

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools

• Excellent PowerPoint presentation and management reporting skills

• Experience in the logistics, supply chain, third-party logistics (3PL), transportation, or related industries is preferred

• Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and regional headquarters
