The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced HORECA sales leader to develop food service accounts, lead sales execution and expand market coverage for a growing food and beverage distribution business in Cambodia

About the Company

Our client is a leading food and beverage distribution company supplying products and commercial solutions to food service, hospitality and other professional customers.

Description

• Visit key accounts, build strong customer relationships and resolve complaints through practical solutions and timely follow-up
• Develop and implement sales strategies, identify prospective customers and expand the dealer and customer base across the food service market
• Analyze sales reports, KPIs and forecasts, monitor market opportunities and align sales activities with business objectives
• Recruit, coach and support the sales team, deliver product-knowledge training and provide guidance on sales procedures and execution
• Coordinate with principals and internal teams, prepare regular reports and report sales performance and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

• At least 4–5 years of sales experience in the HORECA, food service or related sector, including experience leading a sales team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field is preferred
• Strong sales analysis, closing, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, problem-solving and team-coaching skills
• Good English communication and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; flexible, motivated and committed to hands-on field work
