Description

• Develop and execute the company’s operational strategy aligned with business goals and growth targets

• Lead and mentor department heads to build a high-performance and results-driven culture

• Manage budgeting, reporting, planning, and operational performance across functions

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards

• Strengthen organizational structure, reporting systems, and planning processes

• Directly report to the CEO

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Management or a related field (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in operations or related fields

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple functions and work cross-departmentally
