The Role

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager who takes responsibilities of the financial health of an organization

About the Company

Out client is one of the largest automotive companies in Cambodia and making sure that their staff and customers are honored of being members of their organization

Description

• Identify new metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities while minimizing risk

• Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lowering costs and operational efficiencies

• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

• Provide insight on spending trends and cost-savings initiatives and margin opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA a plus

• 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis

• A good understanding of accounting concepts, financial reporting standards and best practices

• Native Khmer candidates who speak fluent English

• Experienced in international company will be advantage
