Description

• Provide accurate translation and interpretation between Chinese, Khmer, and English in meetings, technical discussions, and business negotiations

• Assist in written translations of documents, reports, and company policies

• Facilitate communication between management and factory staff to ensure clear instructions and workflow

• Support operational and administrative teams by bridging language barriers

• Assist in cultural understanding and adaptation to improve workplace collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies, Business, or a related field

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; proficiency in Khmer is a plus

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment
