Responsible for engaging Chinese-speaking customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process while providing excellent service and supporting sales targets

Description
Engage with walk-in and online Chinese-speaking customers to understand their vehicle needs
Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly in Chinese
Build trust and strong relationships with customers to guide them through the sales process
Conduct test drives and vehicle feature demonstrations tailored to customer interests
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Around 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or high-value retail sector
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Fluent Chinese is a must
Must be flexible to work on weekends and showroom hours
Excellent interpersonal with negotiation skills and strong customer service mindset with attention to cultural nuances
