Description

  • Engage with walk-in and online Chinese-speaking customers to understand their vehicle needs

  • Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly in Chinese

  • Build trust and strong relationships with customers to guide them through the sales process

  • Conduct test drives and vehicle feature demonstrations tailored to customer interests

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Around 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or high-value retail sector

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Fluent Chinese is a must

  • Must be flexible to work on weekends and showroom hours

  • Excellent interpersonal with negotiation skills and strong customer service mindset with attention to cultural nuances
