  • Develop and implement sales force effectiveness strategies and improve sales performance.

  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to enhance sales force productivity.

  • Evaluate and monitor sales results, performance and implement corrective actions when gaps are identified.

  • Directly report to the Business Head

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial excellence and sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Prefer medical-related degree holders

  • Fluent in English Communication
