Job Description
Compensation and Benefits Manager at an International Company in Phnom Penh
The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company's reward and performance management programs.
Up to $3,000 plus other benefits
The Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reward and performance management principles, as well as experience in working with a variety of employee populations.

Our client is an international financial services company in Cambodia to financial advice, as well as wealth and asset management solutions for individuals, groups and institutions
Responsibilities
Design and implement performance management systems that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees in a constructive and actionable way.
Develop and administer compensation programs that are fair, equitable, and aligned with the company's budget.
Analyze and interpret performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Recommend changes to the company's reward and performance management programs as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends in reward and performance management to ensure that the company's programs are best-in-class.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits management principles.
Experience in working with a variety of employee populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Native Khmer and Business English is required
