Description

• Drive the sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue targets, including overseeing the development and implementation of sales plans, identifying market opportunities, and fostering relationships with key clients and partners

• Take ownership of the country's P&L, ensuring profitability targets are met through effective cost management, revenue growth initiatives, and prudent financial decision-making

• Lead the expansion of the company's footprint in the education sector by identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and exploring new markets and segments

• Provide strong leadership to the local team, including sales managers and other functional heads, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability to drive performance and achieve business objectives

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in Sales industry and prefer candidates who has experienced in working as Country Manager or General Manager in group of business

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Only open for Native Khmer and Business English is a must

• Must have strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
