The Role

You will oversee a team responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from customers while maintaining strong relationships

About the Company

Our client’s distribution company in Phnom Penh is a leading provider of high-quality products to its customers

Description

• Monitor and manage the company's accounts receivable ledger

• Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers to assess creditworthiness

• Chase overdue invoices and payments to ensure timely collection

• Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding debts

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes

• Assist in the development and implementation of credit control policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field

• Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and collections processes

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Native Khmer with Business English is required
