Description
Manage the customer support department’s day to day functions
Implement customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
Inform the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends
Manage a large number of incoming calls and emails
Keep a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
Requirements
At least 3 or 5 years of working experience as a Customer Support Specialist preferably within a similar environment
Bachelor’s degree is a must
Ability to maintain calm and under pressure
Good efficiency and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer
