  • Support the Customer Service Manager in leading the service team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience across all touchpoints

  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely and professional resolutions Monitor service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring compliance with company standards

  • Coordinate with workshop, sales, and parts departments to align customer service delivery with operational goals

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective service delivery
