Description

• Plan, organize, and coordinate educational events such as seminars, workshops, orientations, conferences, graduation ceremonies, and school fairs.

• Liaise with hotels, venues, and service providers to negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and manage logistics such as accommodation, catering, and transportation.

• Coordinate event setup and logistics, including venue layout, equipment, signage, and registration arrangements.

• Manage event schedules and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.

• Handle event marketing and communications, including invitation management, promotional materials, and follow-up correspondence with participants.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in Event Management Organization or Event Operation in Hospitality.

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Business English is a must

• Ensuring all elements of the event meet quality standards
