Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling financial statements.

Support the finance team in financial analysis and reporting.
About the Company
Our client is a company that operates in the Asia Pacific region and is involved in the manufacturing of high-performance power transmission products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Assist with procurement activities, including vendor management and purchase order processing.
Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Handle general office duties such as filing, copying, and organizing documents
Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant financial regulations
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in finance and administrative roles
Possess a good command of spoken and written English.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, as required, to liaise with Chinese-speaking individuals.
A Singaporean citizen or Singapore permanent resident is a must
