The Role

This role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance to management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The Finance Manager will drive financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency

Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals

  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies

  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to strengthen departmental capabilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to support business decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA preferred)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

  • Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage; knowledge of automotive industry is a plus

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information

  • Effective communication skills in English and Khmer
