Job Description

Finance Director (Chinese Native) at the Largest Conglomerate in Cambodia.

  • Oversees the financial management and reporting activities of the company and is responsible for budget planning as well as supporting executive management team in offering insights and financial advice.

The Role

The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and strategies to ensure the financial success and growth of the organization.

Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws in Cambodia and other relevant countries.

  • Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to drive cost efficiency and profitability.

  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process.

  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance role.

  • Fluent in Chinese and English languages, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet skills.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Open for Native Chinese Speaking to relocate and work in Cambodia
