Description

• Design and execute business operations strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals

• Lead cross-functional departments, including production, logistics, marketing, and community outreach

• Oversee manufacturing activities to ensure product quality, efficiency, and safety compliance

• Strengthen the company’s position in the market by expanding partnerships with stakeholders such as NGOs, distributors, and agricultural institutions

• Drive financial planning and cost management to support growth and profitability

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)

• At least 10 years in senior management, ideally in fertilizer business

• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and scale operations in emerging markets

• Proficient in English; Khmer language skills are a plus
