  • Oversee overall operations, budgets, and profitability

  • Leadership & Culture Building, Lead, develop, and motivate teams while building a strong performance culture

  • Digital Transformation, digital tools, automation, and continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of executive management experience in FMCG or Healthcare Industry

  • Business English is a must. Chinese is a plus

  • Prior experience managing the Cambodian market
