​Head of Lending Sales at International Financial Services company in Vientiane

  • Responsible for leading and developing the lending sales functions for the business growth

  • Up to 30,000,000 LAK  plus other allowances

The Role

Excellent Opportunity for talented, well-experienced and self-motivated Lending Sales candidate who to help with organization expansion of lending products, can ensure the profitability of the organization and who have good networking abilities in Laos.

Description

  • Ensure the company branding, PR and communications working well to contribute with company short-term and long-term strategies

  • Represent the company for business relationship with partners in the purpose of the sales performance and productivity

  • Coach the sale team to assess the financial criteria, pricing and KYC of the customer and business location

  • Work closely with the other department for the legal document and asset delivery effectiveness

  • Train the lending team for better performance and market competition

  • Closely working with Country Manager and manage up to 3 ppl in the team


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Executive and Leadership Management position with a proven record of success in financial sectors such as Banking or Microfinance or Consumer Leasing

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing, Statistics are preferred major fields

  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and manage staff all levels

  • Travelling to abroad for further meeting, training, and introduction as well as Travelling to all provinces of Laos

  • Excellent solid knowledge in Numeracy, Risk Management, Negotiation, Compliance functions

  • Only Native Laotian with proficiency in both written and oral in English
