Description
Lead and manage the HR and Admin department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in compliance with labor law and company standards
Oversee recruitment, talent management, performance appraisals, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent
Manage compensation and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction
Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Oversee office administration, facilities management, procurement, and general services
Drive HR development initiatives, including training programs, employee engagement, and organizational culture enhancement
Work closely with senior management to support business strategies and long-term growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications is a plus)
Proven track record as an HR & Admin Manager or Senior HR professional, preferably within the financial services sector
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Native Khmer nationality with good written and spoken English proficiency
