Description

  • Lead and manage the HR and Admin department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in compliance with labor law and company standards

  • Oversee recruitment, talent management, performance appraisals, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent

  • Manage compensation and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction

  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies

  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, procurement, and general services

  • Drive HR development initiatives, including training programs, employee engagement, and organizational culture enhancement

  • Work closely with senior management to support business strategies and long-term growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications is a plus)

  • Proven track record as an HR & Admin Manager or Senior HR professional, preferably within the financial services sector

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams

  • Native Khmer nationality with good written and spoken English proficiency
