Description:

  • Oversee the full supply chain function, including warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory management, ensuring cost efficiency and high service levels

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on process improvements and operational excellence

  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including logistics providers, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Lead supply chain-related interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including key clients, business units, and vendors

  • Monitor performance ensuring continuous improvement

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety and quality in supply chain operations

  • Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing mentorship, training, and leadership to drive success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems (SAP preferred)

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience in multinational and high paced work environments
