Description

  • Develop and lead the overall sales and marketing strategy for both inbound (international tourists visiting locally) and outbound (local customers traveling abroad) travel services

  • Oversee business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and establish strong relationships with local and global travel partners

  • Manage and lead the sales & marketing team to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer engagement across all channels

  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns, digital marketing activities, and seasonal travel offerings to maximize market share

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and leading sales teams
