Description

• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes to integrate new hires into the organization effectively

• Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns

• Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

• Support career development initiatives and succession planning to build a skilled and motivated workforce

• Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and regulations in all HR practices

• Provide insights and recommendations on HR issues to support decision-making processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field

• Proven work experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role

• Thorough knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and regulations

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Fluency in Khmer and proficiency in English (written and spoken)
