The Role

Responsible for aligning business objectives with the employees and management in designated business units

About the Company

Our client is a famous F&B company in Cambodia that has over 400 employees and a customer-centered organization

Description

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

• Manage plans and budgets of the department

• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies

• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is a must and a degree in human resources management is an advantage

• Proven work experience as an HR business partner

• Native Khmer and Business English is required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding skills in people management
