IT Executive will be responsible to support hardware, software and network issues
About the Company
Our client is one of the successful International Telecommunication Services Companies in Cambodia.
Maintain and Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
Coordinate with internal and external customers and tech teams
Responsible for Incident and Report process
Other tasks assigned by Manager
Minimum 2 years of working experience as IT Executive / IT Helpdesk
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Experience in Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and solving hardware and software issues
Good English and Communication skills and service-minded.
