IT Executive will be responsible to support hardware, software and network issues

Our client is one of the successful International Telecommunication Services Companies in Cambodia.

Description

  • Maintain and Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues 

  • Coordinate with internal and external customers and tech teams 

  • Responsible for Incident and Report process 

  • Other tasks assigned by Manager 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as IT Executive / IT Helpdesk

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology 

  • Experience in Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and solving hardware and software issues

  • Good English and Communication skills and service-minded.
