​Leasing Specialist at a Leading Real Estate Company in Cambodia

The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for advertising, coordinating property viewings, maintaining tenant relationships, conducting market research, and preparing all leasing-related documents

About the Company

Our client is one of Cambodia’s leading real estate development companies, known for its high-quality commercial spaces and professional leasing services

Description

  • Advertise and sell properties using social media (Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Schedule meetings with clients on-site and off-site (daily, weekly, or monthly)

  • Conduct property tours and assist renters with selecting the right space

  • Prepare leasing documents, conduct price surveys, and maintain organized property records

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing or real estate sales

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field

  • Proficient in English and Khmer languages

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

  • Experience in using CRM or leasing dashboards preferred
