The Role
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, material flow, inventory management, and planning activities for a large-scale automotive manufacturing facility. The MP&L Manager will ensure seamless supply chain operations that support production efficiency and customer satisfaction

Description
Manage end-to-end material planning and logistics functions to ensure timely supply of parts and components
Oversee inventory control systems, warehouse management, and logistics operations to prevent shortages or overstock
Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with plant production goals and corporate standards
Lead demand planning, forecasting, and scheduling to support smooth production flow
Collaborate with suppliers, transport partners, and internal departments to optimize lead times and costs
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all logistics activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material handling, flow efficiency, and cost savings
Prepare and manage departmental budgets, reports, and KPI tracking
Lead and mentor logistics and planning teams, ensuring strong collaboration and professional development
Act as the primary liaison with corporate supply chain teams for alignment on global MP&L practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
6+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector
Strong background in material planning, warehouse operations, and transportation management
Familiarity with lean logistics, JIT systems, and ERP/SAP tools
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
