• Support financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong financial performance across the hotel

• Up to USD 2,000 + Other Allowances

The Role

The role will assist in overseeing the hotel's financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, accurate financial reporting, and strong internal controls. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and department heads to support budgeting, cost management, and strategic financial planning

Description

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across all departments

• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis reports

• Ensure hotel compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements

• Assist in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities

• Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to ensure accurate financial tracking

• Support audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors

• Assist in implementing financial best practices to improve efficiency and profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within hospitality

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls

• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills

• Knowledge of hotel accounting systems and operations is an advantage

• Native Khmer and fluency in English is an advantage
