Responsible for overseeing all business operation of the automotive parts

The is an ideal role for individual who has good understanding and experience of after sales service, spare parts business nature. Individual with strong sense of commercial in driving the P&L of the spare parts
About the company
Our client is one of the leading international groups of business in Cambodia with extensive portfolios such as Automotive, international F&B business, heavy machinery etc.
Manages the day-to-day operations of parts department to ensure the achievement of key targets & forecast.
Make parts operation as stand-alone profit center
Manage centralized parts distribution TSK center, maintains an efficient parts service to support all dealer networks, whole sales, OSC supports
Retail/whole sales parts sales volume and profitability targets, Accessories and merchandize sales penetration
After Market Analysis launch Omni crafts and Motors crafts parts
Maintains agreed profit margins and return on investment by selling the maximum amount of parts to wholesales, outside service centers and retail customers.
Maintain stock levels, purchasing within agreed OEM budgets, reduce aged stock to improve the cash flow. Monitor stock overheads and stock values, reporting any which exceed the budget to the ASM
Implement stock inventory, first in first out process.
Ensure the parts team works closely with colleagues in service, sales and administration to deliver outstanding customer service
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 or 5 years of experience working in Automotive spare parts business and leading the commercial and operational function
Strong in inventory management and people management
Good English Communication is a requirement and able to travel extensively through out the branches and customer’s side
