Description

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the kindergarten staff, ensuring that the school's vision and mission are upheld.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures, manage budgets, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the kindergarten.

  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards.

  • Creates a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.

  • Address student behavioural issues, implement discipline policies, and work with teachers and parents to support the social and emotional well-being of students.

  • Foster strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

Requirements

  •  A Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required.

  • Prior experience as a Principal, preferably in early childhood education or kindergarten, is often preferred

  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team and promote a positive school culture

  • Understanding of early childhood development, curriculum design, and instructional practices

  • Aptitude for identifying and addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions.
