Description:

  • Evaluating and inspecting dimensions of semi finished goods to finished goods

  • Reviewing and inspecting reports and documents from the production side

  • Coordinating with management for smooth communication

  • Root cause analysis of any issues and defects to determine corrective actions plans to ensure smooth production

  • Lead the quality team and strive to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree

  • Preferred previous experience in working with parts and components

  • Local Khmer and minimum Upper Intermediate English with Chinese as added value

  • Good communication and critical thinking skills plus the ability to take charge

  • Willingness to be flexible and learn
