The Role

This is an ideal role for individual who has strong experience in key account management function, particularly in handling import customer accounts and worked in shipping line

Our client is Global Shipping Line and a leader in container shipping. They have established operation in Cambodia and offering professional services

Description

• To develop and enhance current relationships with existing and new prospected Corporate Accounts

• To develop and enhance current relationships with existing and new import accounts

• To act as the front line for the corporate account and import shipment account and get feedback from customer on company services

• Meet up with customer to develop and enhance current relationships with existing and new accounts

• To manage and monitor the activity of current and future corporate account and import shipment account

• To constantly communicate with POD office, Singapore regional and relative departments in HQ

• To actively participate and communicate with agents on the prospect and loading of respective corporate account

• To control and manage space for corporate account

• Execute VIP procedures to client’s satisfaction

• To handle cross trade enquiries of corporate accounts and import shipment accounts

• Monitor the performance of both cooperate accounts and import shipment account and follow up and update the respective party if volume falls below their forecasted volume

• To maintain high visibility with corporate account’s suppler, shipper and booking party and import clients by call and personal visit to promote the company product presence and services

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of indoor Customer Service/Docs-Export/Import Function from shipping/container industry

• Minimum 2 years of sales related function from shipping/container industry

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders

• Team player with the ability to work cohesively with colleagues across various functions/departments
