About the Company

Our client is a Well-Known Telecommunications Services Provider in Phnom Penh.

Role

  • Maintain and troubleshoot Hardware, Software, Network by phone and remote support

  • Analyse users’ problems and find rood causes, solve, and support the best solutions

  • Handle document and incident process

  • Another test assigned if needed

Requirements

  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in helpdesk, IT equipment is an advantage

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher information technology diplomas in IT related

  • Strong English Communications is a must

  • Good attitude and willingness to help others
