About the Company
Our client is a Well-Known Telecommunications Services Provider in Phnom Penh.
Role
Maintain and troubleshoot Hardware, Software, Network by phone and remote support
Analyse users’ problems and find rood causes, solve, and support the best solutions
Handle document and incident process
Another test assigned if needed
Requirements
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in helpdesk, IT equipment is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or higher information technology diplomas in IT related
Strong English Communications is a must
Good attitude and willingness to help others
