The Role

This is a leadership role for an experienced warehouse professional to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with international standards. The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in supporting plant production and logistics flow while driving best practices in warehouse management

Description

  • Lead and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities

  • Manage warehouse teams to ensure accuracy in stock handling and timely support for production needs

  • Maintain effective inventory control systems to prevent shortages, discrepancies, and overstocking

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in warehouse activities

  • Implement lean warehouse practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste

  • Collaborate closely with logistics, production, and supply chain departments to align material flow with plant requirements

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, warehouse KPIs, and performance reports

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and service levels

  • Oversee the implementation of ERP/SAP systems for warehouse and inventory management

  • Develop and train warehouse staff to build a high-performing and safety-focused team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related technical field

  • At least 5 to 10 years of warehouse management experience, ideally in automotive or manufacturing sectors

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse systems, and material flow

  • Proven leadership and people management experience

  • Familiarity with lean principles, JIT systems, and ERP/SAP software

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus
