The Role

This role will be responsible for overseeing product costing, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and supporting management in driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Description

• Manage and maintain product costing and inventory costing processes
• Analyze manufacturing, production, and operational costs to ensure accurate cost allocation
• Monitor inventory valuation and support stock reconciliation activities
• Review material, labor, and overhead costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and company procedures
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to costing and inventory
• Support internal and external audit requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in costing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, or financial analysis
• Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, industrial, or production environments is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Fluent in English and Khmer
