The Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead the Group HR function of a well-established and diversified organization. You will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen people strategy, organizational capability, and HR effectiveness across multiple businesses.

Description

• Providing strategic leadership and direction for the Group HR function
• Partnering closely with executive leadership and business leaders on people and organizational matters
• Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with overall business priorities
• Strengthening organizational capability and supporting business transformation and growth
• Leading and developing the HR leadership team across different businesses
• Driving talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee development initiatives
• Strengthening performance, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across the Group

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Extensive HR leadership experience gained within international, multinational, or large-scale organizations
• Strong experience leading HR at Group, regional, multi-business, or similarly complex organizational level
• Proven track record in HR transformation, organizational development, and people development
• Strong experience partnering with CEOs, senior executives, and business leaders
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop senior HR teams
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to align HR strategy with business priorities
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Fluent English is required
• Open to expatriate candidates willing to relocate to Cambodia
