• Develop and execute the long-term strategic plan for the Industrial Park, ensuring alignment with the Group's business objectives
• Up to 12,000 USD plus other benefits

Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has a strong business development, strategic planning, financial planning experience in industrial estate, special economic zone 

About the Company

Our client is a local leading conglomerate in Cambodia focusing on real estate development, food and beverage, and construction business

Description

• Develop and execute the long-term strategic plan for the Industrial Park, ensuring alignment with the Group's business objectives
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Industrial Park, ensuring efficient management of facilities, infrastructure, utilities, security, environmental services, and maintenance
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, financial forecasts, and capital expenditure plans

Requirements

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in industrial parks, industrial real estate, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure development, property management, or related industries
• Strong understanding of industrial park development, infrastructure planning, construction management, and facilities operations.
• Open for any nationalities 
• Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
