The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced regional business development professional who is looking to take on a strategic leadership role across Vietnam and Cambodia. Our client is seeking a commercially driven individual with strong customer development, key account management, and market expansion experience, ideally within the furniture, commercial interiors, home furnishings, or related industries.

Our client is an established organization operating within the furniture, commercial interiors, and home furnishings sector, with an expanding presence across Southeast Asia.

Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive customer-development strategies for the Vietnam and Cambodia markets, ensuring alignment with overall corporate business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate regional sales and client management activities, including regular client visits, business meetings, and field operations across Vietnam and Cambodia.
• Identify new business opportunities and proactively develop key accounts to maximize customer retention, revenue growth, and market penetration in European markets
• Direct report to the CEO

Requirements

• Proven experience in regional business development, sales, key account management, or commercial leadership roles
• Experience within the Furniture, Home Furnishings, Commercial Interiors, Interior Design, or Building Materials industries is strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel regularly between Vietnam and Cambodia for client meetings, business development activities, and executive engagements
• Candidates from France, Australia, or the United States are particularly encouraged to apply
