The Role

Exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced technology leader to oversee mobile engineering, architecture, and digital application development. The successful candidate will define engineering standards, lead high-performing development teams, and ensure secure, scalable, and innovative mobile banking solutions

The Role

• Define and execute the mobile engineering and digital development strategy

• Lead mobile application architecture and enterprise engineering governance

• Establish engineering standards, SDLC practices, and architecture frameworks

• Drive AI-assisted software development and engineering automation

• Ensure Security by Design across mobile application development

• Partner with Cyber Security teams to maintain regulatory compliance and application security

• Monitor engineering KPIs including deployment frequency, defect rates, and application performance

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing mobile engineering teams

• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver innovative digital solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines

• Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience including at least 5 years in senior engineering leadership

• Experience with API architecture, microservices, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes

• Strong knowledge of mobile application security, OWASP Mobile Top 10, and secure coding practices

• Experience implementing AI-assisted software development and DevOps automation

• Strong understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture governance

• Experience within banking or financial services is highly preferred

• Cambodian Nationality with Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally at an executive
