The Role

Exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to lead the organization's Platform Engineering and DevOps transformation. The role focuses on building scalable Internal Developer Platforms, driving automation across the software development lifecycle, integrating AI-assisted engineering practices, and establishing world-class reliability and security standards

The Role

• Lead the development of the Internal Developer Platform with self-service infrastructure and standardized CI/CD pipelines

• Drive automation across the entire software development lifecycle to improve delivery efficiency

• Lead and mentor DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams

• Implement AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software development and operational efficiency

•  Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines with automated quality and security controls

•  Establish Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) best practices

•  Build and enhance observability platforms, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities

•   Promote reliability engineering practices including SLOs, SLIs, incident management, and postmortems

Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering with leadership responsibilities

• Strong experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and container technologies

• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), configuration management, and automation

• Experience integrating AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code

• Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages

• Cambodian Nationality with Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally at an executive
