The Role
An excellent opportunity for an experienced and technically strong Senior Actuarial Manager (Pricing). The role focuses on leading actuarial pricing activities, supporting new product development and repricing initiatives, ensuring product profitability, and providing actuarial insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making

Description
- Lead actuarial pricing activities for new product development, product enhancements, and repricing initiatives
- Develop and review pricing assumptions, actuarial models, and profitability analysis to ensure products are appropriately priced and aligned with business objectives
- Conduct experience analysis, sensitivity testing, scenario analysis, and risk assessments to evaluate product profitability and sustainability
- Work closely with Product Development, Finance, Distribution, Risk, Underwriting, and other cross-functional teams to support product design and business strategies
- Ensure pricing methodologies, assumptions, documentation, and processes comply with internal actuarial standards and applicable regulatory requirements in Cambodia
Requirements
- At least 6 to 8 years of relevant actuarial experience, with strong experience in Life Insurance Pricing and Product Development
- Progress toward or completion of a recognized actuarial qualification such as SOA, IFoA, or equivalent is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
- Strong technical knowledge of life insurance pricing, actuarial modelling, assumptions, profitability analysis, and financial projections
- Open for Expatriates who come to work in Cambodia onsite
