The role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients, originating new business opportunities, structuring financing solutions, and ensuring sustainable portfolio growth while maintaining strong credit quality and client relationships

Description

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of commercial and corporate clients by developing strong, long-term relationships and understanding their business and financing needs
• Identify and acquire new commercial and corporate clients through market networking, referrals, business development activities, and targeted client acquisition
• Develop and structure appropriate banking solutions, including loans, trade finance, working capital facilities, deposits, cash management, and other banking products
• Conduct financial analysis, credit assessment, and business evaluation to prepare and submit high-quality credit proposals in accordance with the Bank's credit policies
• Monitor portfolio performance, facility utilization, repayment status, and credit quality while ensuring timely renewal and review of existing facilities

Requirements

• At least 4 or 5 years of working experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, or Credit within the banking industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong experience in managing commercial and corporate banking clients with proven business development and portfolio management capabilities
• Solid knowledge of credit analysis, financial statement analysis, lending products, and corporate banking solutions
• Khmer Nationality with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
