• You will be responsible for leading IT infrastructure operations, overseeing network, systems, cybersecurity, data centers, and IT service delivery across the group

The Role

You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring high system availability, secure and reliable connectivity, and effective business continuity across the organization. You will lead infrastructure projects, manage IT budgets and vendors, and oversee the technology setup for new offices, development projects, and construction sites

Description

• Lead, manage, and develop the IT Infrastructure team, including Network, Systems Administration, IT Support, Business Systems, and IT Security functions
• Develop and execute IT infrastructure roadmaps covering cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments in alignment with business objectives
• Oversee enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco, SD-WAN, VLANs, firewalls, and site connectivity
• Manage and maintain data center infrastructure, including primary and disaster recovery sites, virtualization, HCI, servers, storage, and cloud workloads
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure while maintaining agreed SLA/SLO standards
• Oversee cybersecurity infrastructure, including perimeter firewalls, security controls, monitoring, and incident response

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems, Network, or related technology functions, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position
• Strong experience in enterprise networking, including firewalls, VLANs, SD-WAN, and network security
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, VMware virtualization, HCI, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise storage
• Experience managing data centers, disaster recovery environments, and business continuity planning
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects for new offices, branches, development projects, or remote construction sites
• Real Estate or Construction industry experience is an advantage
• Fluent in Khmer with good English skills for technical documentation and vendor communication
