Description

• Manage and oversee card issuing operations, including card application, issuance, personalization, delivery, activation, and related services
• Ensure card issuing processes are accurate, timely, secure, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with internal teams including Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Business teams to ensure smooth card issuing services
• Coordinate with card schemes, processors, vendors, and other external partners to support card issuing activities and resolve operational issues

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in in Card Operations, Card Issuing, Payments, or a related function within the banking or financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of card issuing processes, payment operations, and card products
• Good knowledge of card schemes, payment systems, card processing, and operational procedures
• Khmer Nationality with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
