A senior leadership position responsible for managing end-to-end plant operations in Cambodia. This includes production, safety, cost management, and people development while driving continuous improvement and alignment with global standards.

Description
- Provide overall leadership and management of the manufacturing plant in Pursat
- Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets
- Ensure all production activities comply with global standards, customer requirements, and local regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production, maintenance, and supply chain efficiency
- Oversee safety programs, ensuring a strong EHS culture across the facility
- Manage plant budgets, financial forecasts, and operational KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant leadership and operations teams to achieve performance excellence
- Coordinate with corporate functions on production planning, quality assurance, and engineering upgrades
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including government agencies and suppliers
- Ensure smooth execution of new product launches and technology transfers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in automotive or related manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role
- Proven track record in production management, cost control, and continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and global automotive quality standards (IATF16949, ISO9001, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English required; additional regional languages are an advantage
