This position involves managing financial data analysis, monitoring budgets and forecasts, preparing reports for management, and supporting decision-making processes. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in providing insights to optimize business performance and financial efficiency

Description

• Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decisions

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Prepare accurate and timely management reports and dashboards

• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with management to support strategic initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

• Contribute to process improvements and financial system enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in analysis or reporting

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred
