Description

• Oversee the entire dealership operations including Sales, After sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Finance departments

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals, sales targets, and profitability

• Drive business performance by analyzing KPIs, market trends, and customer feedback

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention through consistent service quality and brand experience

• Lead, manage, and mentor departmental heads to optimize team productivity and staff engagement

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Automobile industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Business English is a must

• Proven track record in managing a dealership or multi-brand operations and strong understanding of sales processes, aftersales operations, and dealership financials
