The Role

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Crypto, FX, and CFD trading operations, ensuring alignment with risk frameworks, compliance standards, and market integrity.

• Develop and refine high-performance trading strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize risk-adjusted returns.

• Oversee liquidity management, pricing strategies, and market-making activities across multiple digital asset classes.

• Partner with Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to enhance trading platforms, implement automation, and improve system resilience.

• Build and mentor a capable trading team, fostering a culture of performance, discipline, and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in trading, portfolio management, or risk management within Crypto, CFD, or FX markets.

• Solid understanding of market-making, liquidity management, and algorithmic trading.

• Prior experience in Banking, Fintech, Digital Asset Exchange, or Multi-Asset Trading Platforms is highly preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally at an executive
