The Role

The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, drive business development, and coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery. This is a key role for someone experienced in B2B technical sales with a strong understanding of commercial air conditioning systems and project execution

Description

  • Achieve company and team KPIs while managing product (AC)

  • Identify new sales opportunities, build strong client networks, and close profitable deals

  • Lead presentations, negotiations, and coordinate closely with internal teams for project execution

  • Maintain accurate records and report regularly on market insights and pipeline status

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in sales or managerial roles

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields

  • Must speak English

  • Proven success in B2B technical sales and negotiation
