Lead B2B Sales for High-End Projects Across Cambodia
Up to $1,500 plus benefits (Negotiable)
The Role
The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, drive business development, and coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery. This is a key role for someone experienced in B2B technical sales with a strong understanding of commercial air conditioning systems and project execution

Our client is a leading construction company in Cambodia, known for delivering innovative and high-quality solutions in mechanical ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems
Description
Achieve company and team KPIs while managing product (AC)
Identify new sales opportunities, build strong client networks, and close profitable deals
Lead presentations, negotiations, and coordinate closely with internal teams for project execution
Maintain accurate records and report regularly on market insights and pipeline status
Requirements
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in sales or managerial roles
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
Must speak English
Proven success in B2B technical sales and negotiation
